Artist's Comments

MeiLi (aka Merlot) and Tai (aka Red).

When MeiLi was a little peasant girl there was a tiger spirit who watched over her tiny chinese village, and the people were not afraid. One day, the tiger spirit was gone, and a dark chill settled over the land. The mongol hoards came, lead by vampire generals, and killed and kidnapped and pillaged and left the village in ruins, taking the few people they left alive, including MeiLi, with them. When Tai the tiger Spirit returned, he saw what had been done to his village and flew into a rage, massacring the hoards responsible - but it was too late. MeiLi was already dead, and brought back into eternal life as a vampire.

Later MeiLi lost her eyesight in a totally unrelated incident, hense the title. Oh, and MeiLi's actually not that short, Tai's just eight feet tall.

Ahhhh Tai Tai Tai Tai he's sucha sweetheart.. he really is one of my faves to play simply because he ..... what was I talking about? BAD MEMORY! RIGHT! They both look awesome hon! Nice devotion to these 3 pics!!

Thankees. I really wanted to have 3 finished Wine pictures in my current sketchbook - it's like a tradition now. XD

Plus I haven't drawn Tai since the skin change; and that's been a LONG while!

Haha Tai's jeans are just SO bright. I mean, WOW! :B I love this series you have with these three, your dedication to doing such things always amazes me because...I would lose interest halfway through the first. You go, girl!

Man, that was a surprisingly good show. That brings back memories...

But no, I don't think anyone has brought up that comparison. XD I guess in face shape and KINDA the hair, but I think the comparison falls apart at the eyes. :P
